Western CA passed the technical appraisal and acceptance organized by the State password Administration Commission in December 2004, and obtained the electronic certification service license of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in December 2006. it is one of the earliest CA to obtain business license in China. Western CA, with a registered capital of 30 million yuan, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Aerospace Information Co., Ltd. As an authoritative, reliable and impartial third-party electronic certification service organization, Western CA is mainly responsible for the application, examination, issuance, production, authentication and management of digital certificates, providing security mechanisms and trust services for the security of online business systems and the mutual trust of all parties involved in online business, and providing information security solutions based on digital certificates for various application systems. As a third-party electronic authentication service organization established according to law, Western CA provides third-party electronic authentication services, digital identity authentication related products and integrated implementation services for the government, enterprises, institutions and individuals in accordance with the requirements of the Electronic signature Law of the people's Republic of China and relevant policies and regulations.
